New Customers:
If you are a new customer and this is your first time purchasing from us, please have your Accounting Department email your company’s Resale Certificate to [email protected]
Ordering/Shipping Policy:
Our 3Q Interlocks are available to order and will ship anywhere throughout the United States and Canada (except for the State of New Jersey). However, if you reside in Canada and are looking to place an order, please email [email protected] for assistance. Due to Customs Regulations, we cannot accept online orders for our Canadian customers.
If you are an Elevator Contractor looking to order quantities of 20 units or more per year, please email us at [email protected] prior to placing your order to inquire about volume discounts that are available to you.
Typically, most online orders placed before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day (holidays excluded). Depending on the volume of your order, we may not be able to immediately fulfill your needs without an additional lead time.
United Parcel Service (UPS) is our shipping courier of choice. They offer both expedited and regular shipping options to fit your needs. Please note that depending on your geographical location, some UPS shipping options may not be available to you.
Cancellation Policy:
Please carefully review your order for accuracy prior to placing it, as we do not offer cancellations once an order has been submitted.
Our 3Q Interlocks are available in white or black powder coat finishes. Ensure that all order quantities, finish selections, shipping information, and billing information are correct before submitting your order. Should you happen to discover an error after placing your order, immediately email [email protected] for assistance.
Damage Policy:
Please examine your shipment thoroughly once it arrives, and prior to installation. Any damage incurred during transit should be noted immediately and reported to United Parcel Service (UPS) using the following link: File a Claim | UPS – United States.
Warranty/Return Policy:
We proudly stand by our 3Q Interlocks and strive for 100% customer satisfaction! Each unit is rigorously bench-tested during production, and prior to leaving our facility.
Our products are backed by a 1-year warranty, starting from the original date of purchase. If, during this time, you encounter any deficiencies, please email us at [email protected] and provide a detailed description of any observations, as well as the quantity affected. We will send RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) replacements to you, and include an electronic UPS return label within the shipment.
Upon receipt of the new Interlock(s), please place the old Interlock(s) in the box, affix the provided UPS return label, and send the unit(s) back to us.
If the faulty Interlock(s) is/are not received back within 30 days, you will be invoiced and charged for the exact quantity sent as replacements.
